Here's why Ipe makes such a great choice for decking material:

  • Beauty. Dark browns and olive and reddish brown hues create a bold, yet elegant deck surface.
  • Durability. The hardest wood available, Ipe is resistant to mold, insects, and decay.
  • Safety. Ipe is slip-resistant, and can act as a flame retardant, much like concrete or steel.

All the Ipe decking you order from us is hand-inspected to ensure the highest quality, and we only import from managed forests owned by resposible harvesters.
